4 Essential Oils Every Home Needs

I believe every home needs essential oils. Often potent, essential oils are effective at relieving many ailments while also boosting moods. Due to their potency, most recipes or products calling for essential oils generally do not require much product.

Essential oils are often used topically for skin ailments. However, essential oils should not be used directly on the skin unless diluted.

One of the most popular uses of essential oils is for aromatherapy. Aromatherapy uses essential oils to aid in both physical and emotional health. There are a few ways to experience the benefits of aromatherapy. They include directly smelling the oil, simmering the oil in a pot of water along with other natural ingredients or using a diffuser. Regardless of your method, you are sure to experience the benefits of essential oils.

You can find essential oils in a variety of places. Some of my favorite places to find essential oils at affordable prices are Ross, TJ Maxx, and Amazon. If you are looking for a wide variety of essential oils, from a trusted source, check out the Mountain Rose Herbs website here. I have ordered several essential oils from this website that are harder to find in stores.
